Conference Fees
The fee is in Swiss Francs and includes the meeting, the proceeding booklet, coffee, lunch, the dinner on June 6th (if registered and payed before May 24th) and one year SSB+RM membership.
Reduced fee will be available for graduate students with accepted papers (oral or first author on poster).
Graduate students should include an official confirmation of their graduate student status by their academic supervisor. It must be uploaded during the registration process.

Cancellation
After May 4th, 2018 a fee of CHF 50.– will be charged. After May 24th, 2018 or in case of non-attendance full costs have to be paid. A replacement will be accepted at any time.

Please Note
- Registration is only complete when payment has been received.
- The last day Online Registration can be accepted is May 24th, 2018.
- After May 24th, 2018, on-site tickets will be available at the same price as for late registrations, but without dinner. All fees have to be paid in cash at the conference site.
Online Registration, Abstract Submission
Please note that the registration and abstract submission procedure has changed compared to previous years. If you have a contribution for the conference, please first submit your abstract and wait until you receive the acceptance notification before you register. Otherwise, please go directly to the registration.
